How to Raise a Request?

  • Mention your Order ID and share clear images of the product showing the issue.

  • Once verified, we will process your return/refund or send a replacement if eligible.

Important Notes:

  • Requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition for any resolution.

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item back depending on your location.
